RETURNS

We are happy to refund or exchange any purchases within 14 working days from delivery. All returns must be sent via courier or registered mail with the original shipping materials and original shipping invoice included.

Only unused products in their original condition will be refunded. We will refund the paid amount with the exception of any shipping charges that may have been applied to your order (listed separately on your invoice). We are unable to refund any shipping fees incurred for the return itself. In order to return a purchase, please contact info@sphereone.ie within 14 days of your purchase.

Please ensure that all goods are clearly marked as Returns.

For returns from outside the Republic of Ireland and EU please mark your shipment as ‘Irish Returned Goods’ on any customs or postal forms.

Please note: goods that are returned to us in a used or damaged state will be returned to customers at their own cost.

DUTIES AND TAXES

All of our prices are shown with VAT included.

A deduction will be applied at checkout if applicable.

Customers in the Republic of Ireland and EU
All items delivered duties paid (DDP).

This means that the prices are inclusive of all duties / customs charges.

Customers outside of the UK and EU (Rest Of World)
All items delivered duties unpaid (DDU).

This means that recipients could be liable for any import duties, customs and local sales taxes, which may have to be paid before completion of delivery.
